In the context of the provision of project management - supervision services, Anadrasi:

• It studies and is thoroughly informed about the requirements of the project based on its study as well as the special requirements of the clients in terms of project delivery time, financial management, etc.
• Creates the project execution plan and draws up a detailed schedule through Microsoft Project software.
  
• Makes lists of required electromechanical equipment and sends them to various suppliers to receive equipment supply bids.
  
• It prepares printed standard tender forms which it notifies to the various contractors or subcontractors in order to complete them and submit them for evaluation and approval.
  
• Takes care of the collection and evaluation of equipment bids and contractors - subcontractors and suggests the most economically advantageous bids.
  
• Draws up contracts for suppliers and contractors.
  
• It proceeds to the order of equipment and materials and monitors the course of their implementation.
  
• Installs the subcontractors in the project, provides them with full clarifications, explanations and instructions for the correct implementation of the planning and informs them accurately about the project schedule.
  
• Organizes in collaboration with the project foreman the construction site for the safe and uninterrupted execution of the works.
  
• Carries out the quantitative receipt and quality control of the equipment and materials delivered to the construction site and in collaboration with the site master or foreman takes care of the safe storage of materials and equipment.
  
• Monitors the progress of the construction and with on-site autopsies checks for the correct application of the planning, the artful and timely implementation of the works and intervenes whenever necessary to solve any technical or procedural problem that may occur.
  
• Carries out work measurements and certifies the work of subcontractors while taking care of the preparation of their accounts.
  
• Takes all necessary steps to ensure communication between the parties involved in the project (developer, designer, suppliers, contractors and subcontractors, public services, etc.).
  
• It is present in all measurements of operating conditions as well as in the operational tests of the facilities.
  
• Carries out the final control as well as the qualitative and quantitative receipt of the respective project.
